Daily Rental mileage limits for Istanbul are limited to 200 km in the economic and middle groups and 150 km in the upper groups.

At the beginning of the lease, vehicle users are required to present their driving licenses and credit cards that are available. Payments are made with a valid credit card of the LESSEE at the beginning of the rental.
At the beginning of the lease, temporary blockage is applied in the form of guarantee from the LESSEE's credit card, in amounts varying according to the vehicle group. If the rental period is more than 1 month, the blocked amount is up to the monthly rental fee. LESSEE, over the blockage, additional rent days, fuel shortage, damage, traffic fines, etc. He accepts in advance that he will not object to the collection of the costs related to the lease. In transactions to be carried out regarding traffic fines, the service fee will be charged up to a maximum of 1000 TL, 25% (twenty five percent) of each fine + %20 plus VAT. The vehicles have HGS And OGS (Fast Pass System) and the LESSEE will make the payment to the relevant office with the addition of 20% service fee And + 20% VAT.-TAX. on the return of the rental fee. LESSEEs using HGS And OGS (Automatic Pass System) are obliged to pay the illegal passage fees.
Upon the request of the LESSEE, to expand insurance coverage can be purchased from the following additional insurance;
Mini Damage Waiver, according to the vehicle group consisting of up to a specified amount varying material damage (rubber, glass, lights, except for damage) The customer is responsible for the total damage cost for damages above the amount determined by the mini damage insurance. It is mandatory to obtain a Damage Report from the Police or Gendarmerie regarding any damage that may occur. If a damage report is not obtained, the LESSEE will be responsible for the commercial loss of the Rental Vehicle in addition to the damage.
The liability for damage to tires, glass and headlights, which are not covered by the standard automobile insurance on the vehicle, is covered by tire, glass and headlight insurance. A Damage Report must be obtained from the Police or Gendarmerie for any damage to tires, headlights, or glass. If a damage report is not obtained, the LESSEE will be responsible for the commercial loss of the Rental Vehicle in addition to the damage.
Personal accident insurance covers the driver and the passengers in the vehicle within the Trafic insurance limits.
In the event of damage or malfunction in the rented vehicle, the LESSEE is responsible for delivering the vehicle to the authorized service in a safe manner and without increasing the damage. In case of not getting support from (BETA CAR) office or (BETA CAR) Roadside Assistance call center during the transportation of the vehicle to the service, the cost of the tow truck will be paid by the LESSEE.
The LESSEE will return and deliver the vehicle to the contracted (BETA CAR) office in the city where the vehicle is rented or in another place indicated on the front page, on the day and time specified at the beginning and at an earlier date upon the request of the LESSOR.
The daily rental fee and / or mileage fee to be calculated according to the amounts specified on the front page for the day the vehicle is used and / or the distance traveled during the lease period (the amount of distance traveled by the vehicle is determined by reading the kilometer hour set by the manufacturer on the vehicle. calculated according to the distance of the journey on the map).

- During the rental period, except for those arising from the fault of the LESSOR, parking interrupted against the vehicle, the LESSEE and other driver or the LESSOR, all other fines and court costs arising from the violation of the traffic rules or the law, and the costs that may arise due to the connection of the vehicle and the charges for the days arising from the inability to rent the vehicle. ,
- The costs incurred due to the repair of damages to the vehicle due to collision or overturning, the expenses of the LESSOR and the material and moral compensation that the LESSEE is responsible for paying to third parties will be paid by the LESSEE. However, the LESSEE will be able to benefit from the vehicle insurance provided that he sign the "Agree" section in the lease contract and pay the automobile insurance exemption premium in advance, using the vehicle in accordance with all the conditions in the Agreement and completing the transactions.
- The LESSEE receives the vehicle in good and good condition in terms of mechanics and bodywork (except those specified in the lease contract and vehicle delivery form), any claims and collections from insurance companies that cannot be collected from insurance companies due to use error in the vehicle and / or due to carelessness and imprudence within the scope of traffic insurance rules. It accepts and undertakes to pay all damages and damages, penalties, including all kinds of mechanical, electrical and other third party demands, at the first request, For example; such as damages caused by incorrect gear shifting, continuing to use the vehicle despite the warning light being turned on, continuing to use the vehicle after the vehicle's gold has been hit, damages caused by not notifying maintenance despite the need for maintenance during the rental period.
- In order for a person other than the LESSEE to use the vehicle, valid identification and driver's license information must be written into the contract at the beginning of the rental and additional daily driver fees must be paid. If this rule is not followed, the insurances received will be deemed invalid and the LESSEE and the people who use it are held responsible for all damages,
- At the end of the lease, the fuel of the vehicles that will come with missing fuel will be completed at (BETA CAR) offices, and the LESSEE will pay 30% service fee and + %20 VAT amount added to the fuel amount. If the traffic fines related to the rental period are not paid by the LESSEEs at the end of the rental, they will be paid to the LESSOR. Traffic fines that cannot be determined at the end of the lease and will come later will be collected from the credit card with the consent of the LESSEE at the beginning of the lease upon informing.
- For delivery and pick-up in cities where (BETA CAR) offices are not available, a fee is charged per kilometer at the amount determined by the LESSOR over the distance to the nearest contracted (BETA CAR) offices. In cases where an accident report is not prepared in unilateral accidents, in cases where the declaration is filled incompletely in bilateral accidents, alcohol reports are not received, and also in deliberate accidents, high turnover speed, etc. Damages due to carelessness and intent, damage caused by incorrect or illegal fuel use, damage caused by tire puncture, damage due to driving on the rim, using a vehicle against traffic laws, using a driving license contrary to traffic laws, by persons other than the drivers specified in the lease contract. in case of accident, the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Association of Turkey; If the LESSEE causes damage to the upper parts of the vehicle (as a result of hitting objects such as bridges, balconies, branches, etc.), in cases where insurance companies do not pay the insurance fee due to the breach of the conditions determined for motor own damage policies, if they have received traffic insurance and damage guarantees even obliged to pay.
5. Financial damages and treatment expenses given to persons and passengers in the vehicle are limited to the compulsory traffic insurance limits of the vehicle, and all responsibilities and liabilities that may occur, including moral damages, belong exclusively to the LESSEE.

The LESSEE will realize the fee determined during the delivery of the vehicle, and the costs incurred by the asker, at the end of the lease, by credit card, voucher or cash. LESSEEs working on current accounts will make their payments for the debt that will arise, in cash or through the bank after issuing the invoice. If the LESSEE does not pay his debt due to the elements in the lease and lease contract on time, he accepts, declares and undertakes that the amounts will be due from the date of the invoice without any warning and notice and to pay a default interest of 5% (five percent) from the invoice date. The LESSEE acknowledges and undertakes that (BETA CAR) is authorized to take precautionary attachment and injunction decisions without providing a guarantee, in case of a request for precautionary attachment or injunction in case of failure to pay the rental fee.
The vehicle will not be used in the ways described below:
1. Alcohol (including the use of alcohol below the legal limit specified in the Law - for example: 0 Between -0.30 promil) and / or under the influence of drugs, Motor sports (racing, speed, rally, durability, speed trials, etc.)
2. Carrying load / goods exceeding the loading limit to damage the vehicle on roads closed to traffic or inappropriately, carrying more people than the capacity of the vehicle, using the road (swamp, land, stream bed etc.) and situations that are not suitable for the technical structure and endurance of the vehicle, other than the LESSEE of the vehicle. (For persons other than the LESSEE, there is a pre-registration requirement as an additional driver. 3. Outside the borders of the country, outside the legal speed limits, the repair costs of the damages caused by the violation of the rules specified in the contract, all the expenses and compensations caused by the accident are paid by the LESSEE.
4. In the event of damage to the vehicle given to the LESSEE, a damage tracking fee of 5% of the damage is also collected from the LESSEE. When the vehicle is not used by the LESSEE, the LESSEE is obliged to take precautions against possible accidents or theft. The LESSEE has to park the vehicle in a safe place, with the doors locked as a precaution, provided that they do not leave the license in the vehicle. If the vehicle is stolen, it must deliver the vehicle's key and license to the (BETA CAR) office within 24 hours, provided that it proves that it has notified the relevant police units. In the event that the aforementioned measures are not taken and / or the vehicle is caused to be stolen, the LESSEE agrees to pay the vehicle price and other damages.
5. In the event of the carriage of goods or passengers, the LESSEE is exclusively responsible for any damage and loss that may occur to the property or passenger.
6. In the event of an accident resulting in material, fatal or bodily damage, the LESSEE must immediately report the situation to the nearest police officers or relevant units, and deliver the minutes and reports to the relevant (BETA CAR) office within 24 hours at the latest.
7. The LESSEE or any authorized driver specified in article 12-g above is insured under the traffic insurance policy. The LESSOR is loaded in the amount of compensation he can receive from the insurance companies within the limits of the liability insurance coverage, whose legal liability that will arise as a result of the accidents that harm the third parties. All material and moral compensation and legal responsibility above this amount belongs to the LESSEE and the LESSOR has the right of recourse to the LESSEE. The LESSEE will also take the following measures to protect the interests of the LESSOR and the LESSOR's insurance company in the event of an accident during the lease term;
8. To obtain the names and addresses of the relevant parties and witnesses, not to accept the crime unless the responsibility or the crime is fixed, not to leave the vehicle without taking adequate safety precautions, to call the (BETA CAR) office in case of any accident and damage, and to complete the accident report of the LESSOR, including the necessary scheme, If it is necessary to determine the crime of another person or if there is a wounded or dead person, inform the nearest police immediately.
The LESSEE will be insured under the terms and conditions of the personal accident insurance policy signed by the LESSOR with his own insurance company and by signing the front page, provided that he pays the stipulated amount.
If the vehicle has a damage to the insurance company, the LESSEE is obliged to complete and deliver the documents and procedures. Until the documents and procedures are completed, the lease contract will continue to operate at the daily rental price.
The LESSOR is not responsible for the objects and belongings left in the vehicle after taking it back from the LESSEE. The LESSEE is obliged to have the periodic maintenance of the vehicle according to the instruction book in the car during the rental period. In the case of submission of invoices for the transactions to be carried out within the knowledge of (BETA CAR) at authorized services, the costs will be deducted from the LESSEE's debt and paid to the remaining LESSEE.
In case of vehicle breakdown, the LESSOR will immediately park the vehicle safely and inform the (BETA CAR) office. Repair costs are only accepted if the (BETA CAR) office has given prior permission. (BETA CAR) is not responsible for the loss or damage of the objects and items in the vehicle during the recovery of the vehicle. LESSEE, if the contract period expires, the contract has expired without any warning and that the failure to deliver the vehicle despite the termination of the contract for any reason constitutes a crime under the criminal law provisions, the use of the vehicle by the LESSEE or additional driver outside the lease period and / or illegally. in case of use, he / she declares that he / she knows that he / she will not be able to benefit from any insurance, guarantee or legal rights in terms of damage and liability and that no other notification will be made for these matters.
Upon the end of the rental period, the LESSEE will not be able to extend the rental period unilaterally.
If the LESSEE wants to extend the rental period, the rental period may be extended with the written consent of the LESSOR or the LESSEE will consent to the new vehicle to be given. If the LESSOR does not approve the LESSEE's request to extend the lease period and in any case, on the expiry of the rental period specified in this Agreement; The LESSEE will deliver the vehicle subject to the contract to the address of the LESSEE "KOCATEPE MAHALLESİ CUMHURİYET CADDESİ NO: 29/11 Taksim-Beyoğlu/ISTANBUL" or another address to be notified by the LESSOR in writing on the day the rental period expires. Lease extensions will be bound by the terms of this contract even if the next lease contract has not been signed.
The LESSEE acknowledges that failing to deliver the vehicle despite the expiry of the contract period constitutes a crime under the provisions of criminal law and will not keep the vehicle outside of the rental period. It accepts and declares that it is aware that it cannot benefit from insurance, guarantees and legal rights after the end of the rental period and / or during illegal vehicle use.
If the LESSEE does not comply with any clause of this contract, especially if he does not deliver the vehicle on the agreed date, the LESSEE gives (BETA CAR) the right to take back the mentioned vehicle immediately and without prior warning, the damage that may occur during the recovery of the vehicle by (BETA CAR). and is obliged to pay the expenses. If the term of the contract expires, the LESSEE declares that the contract has expired without any need for any warning and that failing to deliver the vehicle despite the termination of the contract for any reason constitutes a crime under the provisions of criminal law, the use of the vehicle by the LESSEE or additional driver outside the lease period and / or illegally. in case of use, he / she declares that he / she knows that he / she will not be able to benefit from any insurance, guarantee or legal rights in terms of damage and liability and that no other notification will be made for these matters.
The LESSOR will be able to terminate this Agreement unilaterally at any time with a notification to the LESSEE including e-mail, fax, sms ways:
1. The rental conditions in the information brochures not specified in this contract but printed by the LESSOR and given to the customer at the beginning of the lease and accepted as an integral part of this contract have been fully accepted by the LESSEE.
2. There are mileage limits for the use of vehicles as follows, and in case of mileage, the following amounts will be charged.

4. Sides; In case of disputes that may arise from this contract, the work has accepted and declared that the documents, books, statements and records and computer records of the LESSOR are valid alone, binding to all parties, definitive and exclusive evidence, that no other evidence can be substituted, even if it is not taken into account.
5. Disputes that may arise from this contract will be settled in accordance with TURKISH LAWS and by the relevant courts and enforcement offices.
Acting as an independent data controller, the LESSOR, personal data of the LESSEE (and personal data of any authorized driver) collected in connection with this lease or any related Agreement or service ("LESSEE's Personal Data" or "Personal Data" ) can be used and transferred for the following purposes:
a) To process the LESSEE's Personal Data in order to manage the lease and commercial relationship, to communicate with the LESSEE or to provide support regarding the lease Agreement. In line with this purpose, the LESSOR must use the LESSEE's Personal Data (i) in accordance with the contract (e.g. invoicing) or (ii) in accordance with their legitimate interests in ensuring the effective provision of the requested services (the rights of the LESSEE and additional authorized drivers to protect personal data are superior to these interests. works unless you arrive).
b) To keep the Personal Data of the LESSEE or the additional authorized driver in the context of the relationship of the LESSEE or the authorized driver with the LESSOR, in cases where the LESSEE or the additional authorized driver thinks that the LESSEE or the additional authorized driver may pose a risk for future leases as a result of any event. The LESSOR processes the LESSEE's Personal Data, employees, other customers, assets and the public based on past customer behavior, in accordance with their legitimate interests in protecting the public from security and financial risks (unless these interests prevail over the rights of the LESSEE and additional authorized drivers regarding the protection of personal data). .
c) To verify the driving and credit information (including the LESSEE's Personal Data) provided by the LESSEE and the authorized driver through credit institutions, licensing institutions, fraud prevention institutions and databases. The LESSOR processes the LESSEE's Personal Data in accordance with its legitimate interests in preventing fraud in this context (unless the rights of the LESSEE and additional authorized drivers regarding the protection of personal data prevail over these interests).
d) To provide the relevant insurance databases with the details of the accidents (including the LESSEE's Personal Data) in which the LESSEE or any additional authorized driver is involved. The LESSOR processes the LESSEE's Personal Data for this purpose in cases where it is necessary for the creation, implementation or defense of legal claims.
e) To provide the LESSEE's Personal Data to the government agencies that inspect the road programs in order to help the implementation of any traffic regulation during the lease. The LESSOR processes the LESSEE's Personal Data for this purpose when necessary to ensure compliance with valid legal obligations.
f) LESSOR, the LESSEE's Personal Data, the relevant tax office or authority, debt collection persons, credit institutions and other relevant institutions, (i) in accordance with the contract; (ii) the requirement of compliance with a legal obligation and / or; (iii) It can provide within the framework of the legitimate interest of the LESSOR in collecting its receivables.

d) (BETA CAR) sends marketing messages (for example by mail or electronic communication) to the LESSEE about similar products or services that the LESSEE thinks will be of interest; This purpose may include the provision of targeted advertisements on (BETA CAR) sites, selected partner sites and social networks. (BETA CAR) processes the LESSEE's Personal Data in accordance with its legitimate interests in order to carry out a marketing strategy (unless these interests prevail over the rights of the LESSEE and additional authorized drivers to protect personal data). However, (BETA CAR) will request the LESSEE's approval if necessary.
e) Keeping statistics and analyzing the use of products and services (including processing of anonymous data) about the LESSOR and the additional authorized driver in order to provide better customer services, products, features and functions to other people who may become customers in the future.
(BETA CAR) is responsible for the processing of personal data within the scope of "KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law)". If there is an unresolved privacy or data usage concern regarding (BETA CAR)'s data transfer compatibility or that the LESSEE does not address (BETA CAR)'s satisfaction, learn more about how to contact (BETA CAR)'s third-party dispute resolution provider. Both the LESSOR and (BETA CAR) keeps the LESSEE's Personal Data for commercially reasonable periods or in accordance with the relevant laws and policies. Information collected for a specific purpose will only be used for that purpose and will not be actively stored after a reasonable period of time when that purpose is fulfilled. However, inactive data may continue to be used for statistical, marketing, archiving and other analytical purposes.
Limited to the rights granted in the relevant laws, the LESSEE's rights are as follows: (i) access to his personal data (including in a widely used, machine-readable format); (ii) to request correction of personal data (in cases where it is inaccurate or incomplete) (iii) To request the deletion of personal data in case the legitimate interests (or other grounds) of the Charterer or (BETA CAR) to process personal data disappear (iv) to request the restriction of personal data (v) to object to the processing of personal data of the LESSOR or (BETA CAR) in certain cases; and (vi) making a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority.

The vehicle may be equipped with (i) emergency notification functions ("eCall System") and (ii) telematics systems and infotainment ("Telematic Systems") independently controlled by its manufacturer ("OEM"). The eCall System is provided to ensure that the LESSEE and its passengers receive appropriate assistance in emergencies. If it has been reported that the Vehicle has been potentially or actually lost or stolen, the LESSOR will request access to the required Telematics Systems from the respective OEM. The applicable privacy statement, which may include system and service limitations, warranty exclusions, liability limitations, disclosures of use, disclosure and retention of information, LESSEE's individual rights and any data transfer outside the European Economic Area, as well as OEMs' contact information is also available on the OEM's website. sites or taken from the vehicle dashboard. When the LESSEE uses any satellite, navigation or infotainment system in the Vehicle, he is responsible for any information stored in the system as a result of its use. The Hirer does not guarantee the confidentiality of this information. Before returning the vehicle to the LESSOR, the LESSEE must delete this information. If the LESSEE does not delete this information, the next users of the Vehicle will be able to access this information.
CANCELLATION / REFUND AND CHANGE TERMS;
If you notify us of your cancellation request on the date you make your reservation, all the amount you have paid will be refunded to your card. Our refund application in your other cancellation requests is as follows;
- If your rental time is less than 24 hours or the vehicle is not picked up without cancellation, a refund is made after deducting the 3-day rental fee. If your reservation is less than 3 days, no refund can be made.
- If there is more than 24 hours to the purchase time of your rental, a refund will be made after a deduction of 1500 TL.
